The method

Measure what matters. Act earlier. Follow over time.

Longevity health is not a snapshot taken once. It is a path that is measured, interpreted and updated. Our method turns your data into decisions — and revisits them at every check.

Longevity without data is just a hope.
The problem

A check-up tells you how you are today. Not what to do tomorrow.

Most tests end up in a PDF and in a drawer. A number without context, a visit without a follow-up. The value isn't in the single data point: it's in how that data changes over time, and in what you decide to do with it.

That's why our method doesn't start from a package of tests, but from a cycle that never closes.

The cycle

How it works, in four steps

1

Measure

We collect a broad, repeatable baseline: blood chemistry, metabolic and cardiac parameters, body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, strength, and — where indicated — advanced risk markers. We measure what has a demonstrated link with long-term health, not everything that is measurable.

2

Interpret

Data alone is not an answer. A physician reads it in your context — history, goals, lifestyle — and translates it into clear priorities: what to look at first, what to monitor, what to leave alone.

3

Act

From here a personalised path is built — nutrition, movement, supplementation, recovery, and medical care when needed. Actions target the factors that, in your data, carry the most weight.

4

Follow over time (re-test)

At defined intervals we re-measure. We see what has changed, what worked, what needs correcting. The path updates on real results, not on a plan written only once.

And then it begins again
Continuity

The difference is continuity

What sets us apart isn't a more sophisticated test. It's that we don't leave you with a report. Measurement, interpretation, action and re-test are one single thread: your data has a history, and that history becomes the basis for the next decisions.

One-off check-up
A snapshot · a report · no follow-up · the data ages in a drawer.
The Longevilife method
A time series · a path · scheduled re-tests · the data stays alive and guides choices.
What we measure

What we measure, and why

We measure across areas that research robustly links to long-term health. Not everything applies to everyone: the panel is built around your profile.

Heart and metabolism

The system where the largest share of risk over time is decided.

Fitness and strength

How well the body produces and uses energy, and how much muscular reserve you have.

Body composition

The ratio of mass, fat and structure, monitored over time.

Inflammation and blood sugar

Background signals that matter across the whole spectrum, not only when they become a "diagnosis".

The actual test panel is being finalised. Want to understand why these areas in particular? The science behind the method explains it.

From data to path

Where your data ends up

At the end of the first assessment you receive the Longevity Book: your baseline picture, the markers that matter for you, the priorities and the plan. It's not a report to file away, but the starting point of a path.

Over time, monitoring holds together the data that accumulates. Our intelligence platform — a personal correlation engine (N=1) — is in development (2026): we describe it in the Intelligence part of the ecosystem.

A note of honesty

Measuring validated risk predictors serves to act earlier and better. It is not a guarantee of outcome, nor a promise of living longer. What we can do is give you reliable data, competent interpretation and a path that updates. What we don't promise, we state in full.
