What do I receive right after submitting?

The Hub model one-pager, a non-confidential document, by email. The specific economics (revenue-share percentages, fee amounts) are shared after an initial qualification, on a call and in the reserved area.

How soon do you get back to me?

Within 24 working hours, that is our SLA. The call lasts about 30 minutes, with no commitment.

Who bills whom?

Just two invoices. Your clinic bills the services to patients, as it does today. Longevilife bills your clinic its own fee (brand, protocols, people, marketing) in the form of a recurring fee. The revenue share is not a third invoice: it is only the basis for calculating Longevilife’s fee on longevity revenue, not a split of the patient’s bill, which is always and only paid to the clinic. Nutraceuticals are separate: they are a product supply the clinic buys.

Do my patients and my data stay mine?

Yes. Your clinic remains the controller of the patient data; Longevilife processes only anonymized aggregates to improve the protocols. The patients stay your facility’s patients and you bill the services.

Do I pay twice for the Longevilife people and the nutraceuticals?

No. The people placed on site are included in the recurring fee and are not paid for twice, neither as a fee nor again inside the revenue share. Nutraceuticals are a product supply: the clinic buys the nutraceuticals at the agreed supply conditions, like any other product, it is not an additional fee.

How do you handle my contact data?

To get back to you about the Hub partnership. The privacy consent is mandatory; consent to informational communications is optional and separate. The data is not shared with third parties and you can request deletion at any time. The full notice is on the Privacy page.
