What Longevilife is: a group of longevity centres and departments, under construction.
We want to build our own centres and longevity medicine departments inside already-licensed clinics, held together by the same method. The idea is simple: measure a person's health with advanced tests and follow them over time, always in the same way, wherever they are.

Own centres and departments inside already-licensed clinics, held together by the same method.
What happens, from the point of view of someone walking in.
Names aside, the ecosystem serves one thing only: to follow a person over time, not to close their case after a single test.
A person takes advanced tests, receives a pathway built on their data, and comes back over time to repeat them and compare the results. This is what the five parts, together, make possible.
Two parts are the places you visit in person (our centres and the departments inside partner clinics). The other three cut across both and hold the network together: supplements, the history of your data over time, and clinical protocols. We look at each of them, one by one, below.
Five parts, one single system.
Two places you visit in person and three cross-cutting parts that hold the network together, with the same method, so the pathway is not interrupted over time.
The centres we run directly ourselves, where the method is born and fine-tuned.
The longevity department we open inside an already-active clinic.
The supplement line that supports the pathway, when needed.
The history of your data over time, not an isolated test. In development (2026).
The clinical protocols that define what is measured and how the person is followed over time.

Institute: the own centres where the method is born and fine-tuned.
Institute is the name of the centres we run directly ourselves.
These are Longevilife's own facilities: the centres where we directly deliver the health pathways and where we build, measure and refine the protocols before taking them to the rest of the network. What works here becomes the standard the partner departments adopt.
Keeping our own centres serves to keep the bar high: the clinical and experience standard is not an idea on paper, but something we deliver and measure first-hand, every day.
- We deliver the health pathways directly, first-hand.
- What works here becomes the standard for the partner departments.
Hub: a longevity department inside an already-licensed clinic.
Hub is the name of the longevity department we open inside an already-active clinic.
It is the way we bring longevity inside already-licensed clinics, without building a centre from scratch. The clinic provides space, physicians and clinical responsibility; we bring brand, protocols, dedicated people, patients, supplements and follow-up over time. This way the clinic adopts the same method as our centres without reinventing it.
Patients and data stay with the clinic: Longevilife only uses aggregated, anonymised data to improve the model. How it works in detail for those who want to open a department is explained in the section dedicated to clinics.

Labs: the supplements supporting the pathway.
Labs is Longevilife's supplement line.
These are products designed to accompany the clinical pathways and the follow-up over time, embedded in the monitoring alongside the rest of the network. They serve to give continuity to the pathway, not to replace it.
They do not replace therapy or a varied, balanced diet. Claims follow only the indications authorised under EU Reg. 1924/2006.

Intelligence: the history of your data over time, not an isolated test.
Intelligence is the history of your data over time, not an isolated test. In development (2026).
A single test says little; a series of tests over time says much more. Intelligence lines up your measurements (tests, clinical parameters, habits) so that you and your physicians can see how you are changing, not just how a single check-up went. It is what makes possible the continuity the whole network talks about.
Privacy is part of the project: personal data serves the person and their physicians. It is not a tool that cures, diagnoses or makes predictions: it measures, keeps track and follows over time.

- Personal data serves the person and their physicians.
Protocol: the clinical protocols that guide everything.
Protocol is the name of Longevilife's clinical pathways.
These are the protocols that define what is measured, how we intervene and how the person is followed over time. They ensure that the same quality and the same method are found both in our centres and in the departments inside partner clinics.
They are not a black box: they can be validated by physicians and by the scientific direction, and they keep what is supported by solid evidence distinct from what is complementary or still under study. In practice a protocol says three things: what is measured and with which biomarkers, how we intervene distinguishing solid evidence from the complementary, and how the person is followed over time with re-tests and monitoring.
The scientific governance of the protocols is entrusted to an independent scientific direction, being appointed.
A system made of places, people and data.
